However, standard carrier messaging rates do apply and your carrier may charge service fees for the use of text messaging depending on your specified plan. Please note that for subscription based alerts, you may receive up to three (3) messages per week per business. It is recommended that you contact your wireless carrier to verify what fees may apply based on your wireless device plan. Under no circumstances will Interactive Mediums LLC be responsible for fees that your wireless carrier may charge you.

RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to resell use of or access to any product or service provided by Interactive Mediums LLC.

REGISTRATION

In exchange for use of our service, you agree to provide accurate and updated information about yourself. This includes but is not limited to updating your profile with any change or discontinued use of a mobile phone number. You will be able to deactivate your subscription at any time via your profile on the website or via your mobile device. Detailed opt out instructions can be located at textme.net. If you are under the age of 18, Interactive Mediums LLC requires that you obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian prior to registering and using our service.
